This 54,835 sq.mt closed compound is home to the Heylel siblings. Four separate houses for four separate children. Since all of them have different hobbies and interests, their parents thought it was the best way to avoid any clashes when it came to their children's interests. Each of them has their on mansion that is lavishly decorated with the finest art pieces from all over the globe.

The home of Azriel and Rafaella Keres is one that doesn't seem too cozy for most people, but is perfect for them. It has three stories and a lot of different bedrooms the two of them don't need.

This is the household of the Trancy family, a family of only werewolves. The household is rather large but the grounds are even larger. There is a stable and pasture next to the house as many of the family ride horses. At the back of the house is a large forest where they gather every full moon.

It has a large library which contains a vast variety of different books; magic, fiction, non-fiction and in various different languages. As well as a large lush well-kept closed garden where Asher and Elodie can play when they come around.
His door is always open to his siblings- even when he's not home they're allowed to come to his and crash.

Through a set of large, iron gates there is a large, 28 room mansion on a beautiful, thirteen acre estate. On the ground you will find a stables with a few acres of pasture. The house includes the usual living, dining room and kitchen but it has a music room and also a basement for scientific experiments. Venture outside to the shed for when those experiments become dangerous. There are seven guest bedrooms but the master bedroom is luxurious. It has an en-suite and also two walk-in closets for the couple (with the girl's being much larger than the guy's).

A lavishly decorated, three floor townhouse in the center of the town. It has two bathrooms, three bedrooms, living room, kitchen and a basement - a lot of space for just Zachariah. He's turned the attic into his art room and the basement into an improvised music studio, a dark, cool place where he spends most of his time. He doesn't have many guests over yet he likes to keep the house in perfect condition. Just in case.

This rather nice, two bedroom house is the home of Robert Hearth and his niece Pandora. The place is actually quite lavish with a large living room and kitchen, a study, games room and upstairs there may only be two bedrooms but each have their own bathrooms and walk-in closets.

A plain but nice two-story Gablefront with light gray wood siding. It has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Kendra spends most weekends at the house and has her own room. The spare bedroom is open to Danica whenever she wants it. The decorations are traditional and the furniture practical. Clark isn't the best housekeeper, but that's what his sisters are there for, right?

Its more like a shoebox than an apartment. It has a living room combined with a small kitchen, a poxy bathroom and his bedroom. Its not a lot but for what Arthur's earning its the best he could afford. Its not like he spends a lot of time here though, he's usually in the downstairs courtyard with a book so if you ever pay Arthur a visit, it would be best to check there first.

This is where the Oceanus family resides. Bree prefers to sleep in her dorm room, but sometimes after a rough night she'll come here and see her family.

This cosy, three-bedroom house is home to Connor, Asher and Elodie Redferne. It's nothing special really, and it kept as immaculate as possible (a tough job with two kids running around causing chaos).

600 Arthurian Drive is a lovely Medieval themed manor complete with a wide collection of Historical artifacts, suits of armor, and countless books about legends and myths. The manor is made up of 6 rooms and 5 1/2 baths. Downstars houses a quaint little apartment and the garage is filled with rather expensive cars. The apartment is home to the Pendragon Maid.

This is the upstairs are of The Weapon of Art tattoo salon where Dash, and his employees that want to, can live. It's small but comfy with 3 tiny bedrooms, 1 small makeshift studio and one full bathroom. There's also a kitchen with a round wooden table with 4 wooden chairs that he carved himself. It's kind of messy but it doesn't matter since barely anyone comes up anyway.

A once large grand manor that was home to The Redferne clan- now an unstable building ravaged by the fire that took the lives of most of the family. When most of the Redferne's unfortunately perished in the flames the council gave Liam Redferne ownership of the ruins and eight acres of land that came with it. He now shares ownership with his siblings but it’s not often they return to this place.
